    Used regularly, CurraNZ can support you across many health and fitness goals - plus the recovery benefits can help you 'suffer better' for big challenges. 

    Dose daily - like any healthy habit, CurraNZ needs to be taken regularly to receive the benefits. 

     

    FOR GENERAL HEALTH AND WELLNESS 

    1. Use one to two capsules daily, in mornings or 2 hours before exercise. Take with water or in juices or smoothies.
    2. For general metabolic health, take 2 capsules daily.
    3. Effects start after 7 days, but effects increase with longer use.
       

    FOR SPORTS PERFORMANCE, CARDIOVASCULAR SUPPORT AND ENERGY METABOLISM 

    1. A minimum of 7 days of loading is required for these specific benefits. 
    2. Take 2 caps daily, and 2 hours before exercise
    3. Racing or training over an extended period of eight hours or more? Redose (1-2 capsules) 4-6 hours after first dose. In preparation for race day, test using the level of dosing prior to the big day. 

    IF YOU FORGET TO LOAD AHEAD OF RACE DAY

    1. Take THREE to FOUR capsules for a performance effect, 2 hours before race start time.

    GI STABILITY

    CurraNZ offers impressive support to help reduce the effects of exertional heat stress, or 'Runner's Trots'.

    1. Take in the lead-up to events that will be held in hot conditions, which cause gastric stress.
    2. Take 2 caps daily for 7 days before the event.
    3. Take 2 caps again, before start time. 

    FOR POST-EXERCISE MUSCLE RECOVERY

    1. CurraNZ can just be used on the days you train, but the effects are better with daily use.  
    2. Use one capsule up to 70kg (165lb), or two capsules if 70kg+ (165lb+).
    3. Take 2 hours before exercise, or immediately after you finish.
    4. Redose again before bed after long-duration events or hard efforts.
    5. Continue use on recovery days, (morning or night), with or without food.
