He also holds the course record in the Ultra-Trail-du-Mont-Blanc CCC (Courmayeur-Champex-Chamonix) which takes in 101km of the most gruelling ultra-endurance running challenges in the world.
Earlier this year, whilst racing in New Zealand, Hayden was introduced to CurraNZ by Ruth Croft, the pro Kiwi runner who won the US 'Super Bowl' of ultra-endurance racing, the Western States 100, last year.

'As a professional athlete, I'm really careful with what I put in my body, but believe me, I trust CurraNZ and it works

Hayden Hawks, uses CurraNZ for recovery and performance, noticing a 'dramatic difference'

He tried CurraNZ on Ruth's recommendation and since then, he's not only felt the difference, but his blood work has and biomarkers have improved 'dramatically'.

In this fantastic podcast with The Ultrarunning Guys Jeremy Reynolds and Jeff Winchester, Hayden talks about his philosophy on running, racing, family and how he's honed his nutrition, fuelling and dealing with pressure and anxiety.

Here, Hayden reveals what it takes to prepare for a big race and the tricks of becoming more 'dialled in' for the big events.

He says: "I'm recovering faster now than I ever have in my life.

"The improvements CurraNZ has delivered are not only showing in the quality of my training and recovery, but also in my Inside Tracker biomarkers, which have drastically improved to fall into the optimal range."
