    Firing up your fat metabolism: Best practice tips when using CurraNZ

    As reported in the UK national press in November, scientists have discovered CurraNZ can boost fat burning by up to 61% at rest.

    Depending on meal times, it can ‘turn on’ your fat burner for eight-ten hours a day and mimic the benefits of exercise. Plus, it is equally effective during exercise - making it fantastic for improving your endurance and reducing fatigue.

    Described an ‘extraordinary health finding for daily life’, three-quarters of the participants in the study displayed fat burning improvements normally associated with one to three months of daily endurance exercise.

    Top tips for best results.

    1. Take daily. Missing out days will cancel the benefit.
    2. Take 1-3 capsules per day. The highest dose delivers the greatest improvements.
    3. Effects commence after one week but results are greater after two weeks.
    4. Use 2 hours before exercising, avoiding meal times, which will eliminate the effects.
    5. If using for weight management, use alongside a restricted diet and exercise. Overeating will negate the gains.
    6. Beware of other blackcurrant products. Only the Enzans bioactives contained in CurraNZ have been repeatedly verified and validated for these effects.

     

    Best fat-burning exercises to use with CurraNZ

    Dr Sam Shepherd, from Liverpool John Moores University and researcher for CurraNZ – www.curranz.com says: “Focus on whole-body exercises such as walking and running, over cycling, which is localised to the legs.


    “Go for exercise of a low-to-moderate intensity, which will burn the most amount of fat and can be achieved with brisk walking or similar. Aim for at least 30 minutes, five days a week. You should be able to still hold a conversation. Up to 120 beats per minute is another guide to staying in your ‘fat burning’ zone.”

    Exercise in a ‘fasted’ state 

    Dr Sam Shepherd, from Liverpool John Moores University and researcher for CurraNZ – www.curranz.com says: “Exercising in the morning, before you’ve eaten any breakfast, is a great hack to increasing fat burning by another 20%-30%.

    “Without food overnight, your body’s carbohydrate stores will be low and you’ll use fat as an alternative energy source to fuel your workout.”
