We recommend dosing daily - like any healthy habit, CurraNZ needs to be taken regularly to enjoy the benefits.
FOR GENERAL HEALTH AND WELLNESS
- Use one to two capsules daily, with or without food. Can be added to smoothies or apple juice.
- Take in the mornings if you have a busy day ahead, or morning+evening if you need additional overnight support.
AS A PRE-WORKOUT EXERCISE SUPPLEMENT
- Use every day, without fail for the best pre-workout benefits. A minimum of 7 days of loading is recommended, particularly if building towards a race.
- The CurraNZ 'sweet spot' for pre-workout benefits: Two capsules.
One capsule will still achieve results, but to a lesser degree.
- Always dose approximately two hours before exercise.
- For training or racing sessions of eight hours or more (such as ultra-endurance events), re-dose again, 4-6 hours after dose 1.
AS A POST-EXERCISE SUPPLEMENT
- CurraNZ can just be used on the days you train, but the effects are better with daily use.
- Use one capsule up to 75kg, or two capsules if 75kg+.
- Take approximately two hours before exercise, or immediately after.
- Can be used again before bed, for additional overnight support, for example undertaking prolonged exercise activity that day.
