Changes to our free shipping service for subscribers

MESSAGE FROM THE FOUNDER

Over the last few years, we have tried to keep our expenses low but unprecedented increases to our operating and supply chain costs have led to a careful review of our free UK shipping service to customers.      

I’m sorry to say that we are unable to absorb postage and packing costs any longer, with the cost of second-class stamps more than doubling since we started offered this almost ten years ago.

We are making a small change and shipping will be £2.50 but free on orders of £30 or more. 

So, you can still receive free shipping if you buy any two units of our 30-pack products.

The offer of free UK shipping on orders of one unit will still be in force this month but will take effect on subscriptions from December 1, 2023. The website will reflect the new prices from this week.

If you are a monthly subscriber wanting to receive free shipping, please adjust your subscription to two units, every two months.   

How to change your subscription:

Option 1:
Manage your subscription online -

1. In your email inbox used to register your account, go to the email with the subject line ‘Your recurring order purchase confirmation from CurraNZ’
    
2. Click on ‘Manage Subscription’ in the body of this email. This will take you to your account
    
3. In the account menu under ‘Actions’, click ‘edit’.
    
   Under Delivery Schedule, click on the options:
   - ‘Change product quantity’
   - ‘Change delivery schedule’

Option 2:

Email us info@healthcurrancy.co.uk. Please state the change you would like us to make and we’ll take care of it for you.
