    His guest on the show, respected nutritionist and sub-three-hour marathoner Mikki Williden (left), talked all things food and bonded with Dom over their shared love of CurraNZ.

    Mikki debunked a host of ‘health truisms’ with some tips on rethinking your nutrition.

    Plus, Mikki, a PhD in food and nutrition, covered topics such as the best foods to eat before a run, the importance of protein and the best way to lose weight.
