FOR GENERAL HEALTH AND WELLNESS 
- Use one to two capsules daily, with or without food.
- Take in the mornings or dose accordingly to boost energy levels throughout the day.
FOR SPORTS ENDURANCE AND ENHANCED FAT OXIDATION DURING EXERCISE
- Use every day, without fail. 7-14 days loading required. The product will not work if used intermittently.
- The best dose for endurance and fat burning is two capsules, irrespective of weight.
One capsule will still achieve results, but to a lesser degree.
- Take approximately two hours before exercise.
- We recommend re-dosing after 6 hours during extended periods of exercise or demands for energy
- On rest days, take morning or night, with or without food.
