    Dosing advice to get the best out of CurraNZ - whatever your goal

    If used daily, in conjunction with a sensible diet and regular activity, CurraNZ can help you achieve health and fitness goals and activate your lifestyle. 

     

    FOR GENERAL HEALTH AND WELLNESS 

    1. Use one to two capsules daily, with or without food. 
    2. Take in the mornings or dose accordingly to boost energy levels throughout the day. 

    FOR SPORTS ENDURANCE AND ENHANCED FAT OXIDATION DURING EXERCISE

    1. Use every day, without fail. 7-14 days loading required. The product will not work if used intermittently.
    2. The best dose for endurance and fat burning is two capsules, irrespective of weight.
      One capsule will still achieve results, but to a lesser degree.
    3. Take approximately two hours before exercise.
    4. We recommend re-dosing after 6 hours during extended periods of exercise or demands for energy
    5. On rest days, take morning or night, with or without food. 
    FOR POST-EXERCISE MUSCLE RECOVERY
    1. CurraNZ can just be used on the days you train, but the effects are better with daily use.  
    2. Use one capsule up to 75kg, or two capsules if 75kg+
    3. Take approximately two hours before exercise.
